Our Story

Kensington Additive is a recruitment team specialising in the 3d printing industry and was formed in 2014 as an extension of Kensington Consulting Ltd. Formed on the basis of engineers recruiting engineers, Kensingtons employees have industrial backgrounds allowing them to really dig deep into the technical capabilities of our candidates.

It's safe to say that Kensingtons fell into Additive Manufacturing recruitment when we worked with one of our long-standing clients in the mining industry, who enlisted our help to find them a Head of Additive Manufacturing for a new business unit.

The more we learned and the more we spoke to industry professionals, we knew AM was a sector we wanted to be involved in. Fast forward to today, we're the headhunting partner of choice in the 3d printing industry.
