What is your background?

I have just completed Business BTec at Runshaw College, and I have experience working for a 3D printing reseller as a Sales Executive. I worked at Kensington Additive whilst studying business and I now have over 12 months experience working in the additive manufacturing industry. I'm now back at Kensingtons ready to take on a degree apprenticeship and start my career.

What do you do when you're not working?

On the weekends I go carping, I play Xbox, walk my dogs and see my grandparents.

Jordan Belfort, The Beatles, Bob Marley.

What is your favourite thing about your job and working at Kensingtons?

I love speaking to different people on a daily basis and building relationships. It's a great feeling when I help someone to find their dream job.

What are your 3 core values?

Keeping friends close, autonomous thinking, be yourself.

What advice would you give to a client hiring in AM?

Stay competitive. Hire on behaviours and train skills.

What advice would you give to a candidate looking for opportunities in AM?

Ensure that you show off your capabilities on your CV/Resumé and in the interview.
