What is your background?

I received a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Journalism from Leeds Trinity University before embarking on a career in recruitment at Kensington Consulting, starting off as a trainee to the point now as a 360 Recruitment Consultant.

What do you do when you're not working?

Attempt to play golf, attempt to play football, playing Fifa and going to the pub

What is your favourite thing about your job and working at Kensington’s?

Every day brings a different challenge and no role or company is ever the same which keeps me on my toes.

What advice would you give to a client hiring in AM?

Use one agency when recruiting, even if that’s not us, more buy-in from you means more commitment and attention to detail from the agency

What advice would you give to a candidate looking for opportunities in AM?

Make sure that your CV has achievements on it as it helps you to stand out from the crowd, and ultimately accomplishments determine how good you are at your job!
