Job Title: Channel Sales Manager EMEA 

Location: Europe

A leading additive manufacturing company are hiring a Sales Channel Manager (EMEA) who will cover all aspects of the strategic partner sales strategy, including partner recruitment, on-boarding, strategy development, partner launches and operational support.

This role offers challenges that you’ll be happy to resolve:

  • Measurement, monitoring and report of partner activities to management on a weekly, 
monthly, quarterly basis or as required 


  • Cooperation with global Product Managers; based in USA to coordinate sales initiatives and 
marketing strategies 


  • Focus on the support and evaluation of the existing pool of resellers and partners 


  • Recruitment of new potential resellers 


  • Development and implementation of business plans together with the distribution partners 


  • Coordinating partner sales plans and processes, new client acquisition, partner engagement to achieve business objectives

  • Monitoring of new customer/revenue performance of partners 


  • Regular exchange with all resellers, including on-site, to expand the customer/revenue base 


  • Interfacing the two-way flow of information with product management and resellers as well 
as other functions, in order to process and fulfil customer requests as quickly as possible 


  • Creating intraregional and also partner-specific plans for resellers 


Your Skills 


  • Several years of experience and understanding of sales and channel management for technical/technological products 


  • Experience in recruiting, developing and managing strategic partners and distribution channels 


  • Strong communication, persuasive and professional modern presentation skills 


  • Willingness to travel (up to 30% of the time) 


  • Viable knowledge of sales management and dealing with partners 


  • Confidence in negotiating terms and conditions and legal agreements with partners 


  • Technical background required 


  • Strong prioritisation, analytical and strategic skills 


  • Demonstrable ability to effectively coordinate and collaborate with functional teams - both 
internally and with partners, both face-to-face and virtually 


  • Ability to achieve sales goals and influence and lead others to success 


  • Positively driven by goals and a fast-paced environment 


  • Enjoy being successful and managing multiple projects simultaneously 


  • Ability to maintain business relationships through networking 


Experience

  • Degree in business or equivalent work experience. 


  • Ideally, you have already worked for a US company and appreciate the culture 


  • You are business fluent in German and English 


  • You are open-minded and have a high level of self-drive
