An innovative, additive manufacturing company who specialise in metal AM are looking to hire a Director of Sales, who is enthusiastic about the 3D Printing industry.

This role is high impact and you will be responsible for driving sales across North America to ensure business revenue goals are achieved. As Director of Sales, you will report to the VP of Sales, work closely with technical teams and will drive business performance to ensure the achievement of sales targets and growth plans.


Your key objectives will be:

  • Support revenue growth within existing accounts and generating sales to new customers

  • Build and manage an active sales funnel of qualified opportunities in Salesforce.com

  • Conduct thorough sales strategies and deliver value propositions to customers with economic impact.

  • Establish technical competency in additive manufacturing and build company advocates at each account.

  • To assist the leadership of sales of materials and lay out the overall strategy for the North America region.

  • To help lead the sales strategy to enable the growth of the North American region including talent acquisition and retention.

  • To nurture relationships and understand the current additive manufacturing machine install base across North America. 


What you will bring to this role:

  • Degree in business or technical discipline

  • 5 plus years in a senior sales position in digital manufacturing solutions.

  • Proven sales performance metrics within the additive manufacturing industry.

  • Metal additive manufacturing experience

  • Relationship driven and supports a strong network of companies and industry experts within the additive manufacturing market.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills including the ability to develop and deliver clear and concise reports and presentations.

  • Team player, positive attitude, growth mindset, integrity, accountability, results oriented and ethical. 


  • Proficient in Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
