Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Location: North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany

Industry: Additive Manufacturing
Salary: €60k - €70k + commission

A leading manufacturer in 3D Printing solutions is hiring a Regional Sales Manager with technical expertise, who has a track-record in providing solutions. 



This position is responsible for territorial quota attainment in 3D Printing and Additive Manufacturing solutions, in line with the company product portfolio. You will get involved in recruiting, training, managing and assisting in closing complicate sales opportunities within the expanding dealer network. A high-energy performer who is eager to implement solutions will find this a highly rewarding career.

Areas of responsibility:

  • Development of distribution activities

  • Direct costumer responsibility for certain accounts

  • Acquisition of new customers

  • Build-up of the company’s position on the market

  • Analysis of competition and observation of the market

  • Preparation of commercial budget

  • Managing business activities of assigned territory and provide detailed, informative,
    and accurate quarterly forecasts

  • Through prospecting, account calls, demonstrations, and marketing activities generate demand and consistent pipeline for assigned products

  • Consultation and support by planning, development, and realization of multi Regional and digital marketing strategies as well as campaigns

  • Analysis and interpretation of customer related data to implement concrete actions
    to increase the sales performance

  • Coordinating with other groups, departments, and individuals within the company to
    ensure increase levels of customer satisfaction

Qualification and Experience:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or comparable certified education in the field of Marketing and communication

  • Several years’ work experience in Regional Sales Management and direct selling of
    capital equipment to industrial based customers

  • Rapid Prototyping or 3D Printing equipment sales experience a strong plus

  • Extensive experience in the project management

  • Excellent communication (both written & verbal) as well as keen presentation skills

  • Strong prospecting skills and the ability to develop business thru marketing and other
    lead generation activities

  • Proficient problem solving and analytical ability

  • Customer focused and service oriented

  • Very good knowledge of English in word and writing

  • Experienced with Microsoft Office, CRM- and Reporting tools (e.g., SalesForce and
    SAP)

  • Travel readiness
