Job Title: Sales Director
Location: Remote (EMEA)

Kensington Additive are recruiting a Sales Director on behalf of a 3D printing machine manufacturer. This position will be a new addition to the team and you will have three direct reports.

With your team of channel managers, you will be responsible for developing, structuring and managing the company’s distribution channel to increase the global company deployment.

For this role, it would be ideal for you to have a track record of working with advanced technical products and developing managing distributors/resellers in international B2B environments.

Responsibilities

  • Successfully manage, coach, develop the team of channel managers

  • Build and execute the strategy to grow revenue through a best in class distribution channel

  • Work with your team to select, onboard and develop successful resellers worldwide

  • Be an expert on the market channel dynamics, distributors/resellers performance and ensure structured reporting to effectively evaluate performance and propose solutions

  • Build and cultivate strong relationships with our local partners and maintain a high level of engagement

  • Ensure the company has the best in class strategy, approach and offer to be the most valuable partner for our distribution channel in each market

  • Structure the department to optimise the efficiency of the team, ensure flawless communication internally and externally

  • Work closely with the marketing team, the business development team and the channel to increase lead generation and conversion.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in developing and managing a best in class international channel for B2B sales

  • 7 years of sales management experience with a successful record of sales performance management through international distributors networks (in the 3D printing industry or similar sector/product would be an advantage)

  • Must have strong technical and business vision with excellent presentation and communication skills

  • Solid track record in relationship and business management, developing and maximizing revenue through channel

  • Must be willing to travel within assigned region and as a minimum spend 50% of the time at the head office

  • Degree in Business, Technology, Engineering or equivalent (MBA preferred)

  • Thrive in a team atmosphere, sets and delivers aggressive goals, have excellent organizational/time management skills and a can-do attitude

  • Fluent communication in English with additional European language fluent
